About Horizon Store
Hidden Horizon is a private cloud storage service built for people who believe their files, photos, and conversations should belong to them — not to advertising platforms or data brokers. Horizon Store is where you subscribe and manage your billing.
🏢 Who we are
Horizon Store is a product of Hidden Horizon, a company based in the European Union. We build privacy-first digital infrastructure for individuals and small teams who are done compromising on who has access to their data. We are not a big tech company. We do not run ads. We do not sell data. Our business model is simple: you pay for storage, we provide it, nothing else happens with your files.
🔒 Why we built this
Most cloud storage services are free because you are the product. Your files are scanned, your behavior is tracked, and that data funds their business. We built Hidden Horizon because we wanted an alternative — a service where the infrastructure is private, the pricing is transparent, and the only person who benefits from your data is you.
🤖 AI that actually respects you
Standard and Pro users get access to an AI assistant that can summarize documents, answer questions about their files, write drafts, and translate content. Unlike AI tools from big tech, our AI runs on private infrastructure — your files are never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any third party to power it. The AI stays inside your cloud. Your data never leaves.
EU-based
Operated under EU law. Full GDPR compliance. Your data never leaves European infrastructure.
No tracking
No analytics on your behavior. No cookies tracking what you open. No data mining of any kind.
Private infrastructure
Your files live on dedicated private servers, not shared public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Daily backups
Your data is protected by daily snapshots and offsite encrypted backups. Always recoverable.
📋 Our commitment
We will never sell your data. We will never scan your files for advertising purposes. We will never share your information with third parties unless required by EU law, and if that ever happens, we will notify you. Our Privacy Policy is written in plain language — not legal jargon — because we think you deserve to understand exactly what you are agreeing to.
